Buyers Policy

All items can be returned within 14 days in the same condition it was delivered.

Please use contact page or email us to inform us if items are to be returned or exchanged.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable service to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.

We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of return. Refund done via store credit or refund via same payment method/credit card. We cannot refund on a different payment method or different credit card from that used to purchase the items.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size but it depends on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you may need to pay taxes and duties.

Bespoke designs are made to your UK size in 6 days, delivery would be 8 working days in UK and 14 workings days for overseas order. This is especially made for you and the item is not in stock. Please note if you want instant fashion do choose the other categories.

VINTAGE ITEMS
Vintage items can vary from the standardised clothing sizes of today. Our garment measurements are taken in inches & centimeters with the item laid flat.
All items, unless stated as "new with tags", would have been pre-worn but in good condition. Any marks or small imperfections would be stated.
